"Before beginning this program, I pretty much hated myself. I was disgusted with the way I looked; disgusted with the way I felt and was pretty sure I was nearing a nervous breakdown. When my body composition tested a nearly 40% fat level, I thought I was beyond all hope. Never in my life had I been so out of shape physically and so out of whack mentally and emotionally. I was, in short, falling apart.

Within 2 days of doing the fat flush, I felt better than I had in years. With every passing day of following the nutrition plan and taking the supplements, I continued to feel better and better. "After my hysterectomy (3 years ago), and realizing that I am 5 months away from turning 50, I have begun to notice the first significant signs of aging, such as muscle aches and pains, lack of energy, slow recovery from sport related injuries, and last but not lease sagging muscle tone. "My energy level has increased 100 fold. Before the class I was tired all the time. I ate fast food everyday and drank soda with little or no water daily. I thought something was wrong with my thyroid and even had it checked by my doctor. My thyroid is fine. He advised me to eat better and exercise. I didn't do that until this class. I can't even imagine going back to that kind of lifestyle.

"This class has been a great experience in so many ways. I am so glad I started this journey. I have finally given myself permission to take the time for myself and to fully focus on myself. "On March 28, 2006, I weighed 165 lbs. I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was constantly reminding myself and others how "fat" I was or how I did not look good. I had very low self-esteem. I went into a funk that I am just now starting to get over. I feel I have gained a lifetime of knowledge (from this class.) Nutrition wise, I have eaten well over the past 12 weeks, I have done some form of exercise everyday, and I no longer talk bad about myself. I am completely comfortable with who I am. "I really wasn't sure what to expect when I came into that door on the first day. I figured I'k dive it a shot, try to get my buttkicked again into working out, dieting and the grueling deprivation that goes with it. Wow - was I in for a surprise!
