"On March 28, 2006, I weighed 165 lbs. I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was constantly reminding myself and others how "fat" I was or how I did not look good. I had very low self-esteem. I went into a funk that I am just now starting to get over. I feel I have gained a lifetime of knowledge (from this class.) Nutrition wise, I have eaten well over the past 12 weeks, I have done some form of exercise everyday, and I no longer talk bad about myself. I am completely comfortable with who I am. I look around at those less fortunate and thank God for what I have knowing that it could be worse! I plan on taking the program again in the fall to finish what I have started off to achieve!"

"I started this class with the intention of losing some weight and getting back in shape. What I received from the class was far more than that and it has made a very large difference in my life. As a result of looking at life in a more positive way, I have been able to look at myself in a different light. I do not see the same person I saw 12 weeks ago when I look in themirror. I now see a happy, stable person who is willing to take a few more risks in life. I also rediscovered the passions I had in life. "I really wasn't sure what to expect when I came into that door on the first day. I figured I'k dive it a shot, try to get my buttkicked again into working out, dieting and the grueling deprivation that goes with it. Wow - was I in for a surprise! How wonderful it is when I can go to the gym and be with a fabulous group of women who can cry together and accept me with all my issues. I love this stuff and the world needs more of it. I don't think I've ever felt so strong before and it's so exciting for me. I want more! I can tell you I havemuch more peace in my life right now. My home is becoming organized and beautiful.
